Lichfield Squash Club News: 3 Important Updates

Hi all

Just a quick update about 3 very important items:

1. Membership Renewals

Another reminder that the new membership year has now begun and so you need to renew your membership to maintain access to MyCourts and therefore court bookings, leagues and all our events. Thanks to all those who have renewed so far.

I will once again send out individual renewal emails to all those yet to renew, which will include a personalised payment link. Renewal is a quick and simple process – just pay via MyCourts using the link and your usual payment method and that is it.

Don’t forget that you need to renew by 31st October to benefit from the £10 Early Bird discount and any Pro Rata Rebates due. These will be paid via MyCourts credit to your account.

If you do not renew, your account will eventually be unable to access the MyCourts booking facilities.

2. Club AGM

Our Club AGM is taking place this coming Thursday 10th October at 7.00pm, using the Teams online platform.

Please come along to hear updates on the Club’s progress and the results of the recent Members Survey, which will also feed into a discussion about the future direction of the Club. We will also conduct a live draw of the winner of the £50 PDH Sports Voucher.

3. Open event, including Try Squash session, on World Squash Day

On World Squash Day, Saturday 12th October from 1.00pm to 3.00pm, we are holding a Try Squash For Free session, run by our Coaching Team.

This is free to attend for all, so please encourage your friends, family, work colleagues etc to come and try squash, the best sport for fun, fitness and friendship.

After the Try It session, there will be an opportunity for open play and to network with our members and coaches.
