We’re excited to announce the Lichfield Squash Festival , taking place on Saturday 12th July from 10:00am to 4:00pm at the club (King Edward VI School Sports Centre). This is a key date in the calendar, coinciding with the city-wide Lichfield Festival, and we want as many club members as possible to get involved!

The day will feature a fun mix of squash activities open to the public and club members alike, but at the heart of it will be our Club Closed Championships Finals and Junior Championship Finals .

Club Closed Championships 2025

We’ll be running three adult grades so that everyone can take part:

Grade A – Advanced
Grade B – Intermediate
Grade C – Beginner/Improver

Entry is free , and we strongly encourage all members to enter a grade that suits their level. Matches leading up to the finals will be played in advance, giving everyone time to complete their rounds. Finals for all grades will be played on Festival Day, 12th July.

Junior Championship

Junior matches will be arranged during the lead-up to the event as part of our Junior Squash Academy sessions, with the finals also taking place on Festival Day. We will liaise with parents via the Junior Academy WhatsApp group.

It’s a great opportunity to come together as a club, showcase the game to the wider community, and celebrate the fun, fitness, and spirit of squash.
