NOTICE OF CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Wednesday 4th October 2023, 6.00pm - 7.00pm

Squash Court 1, King Edward VI School Sports Centre, Kings Hill Road, Lichfield WS14 9DE

The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

1. Welcome and Introductions

2. Chairman's Report - review of club development

3. Treasurer's Report

4. Future Club Development

5. Election of Club Committee:

Chairman
Treasurer
Coaching/junior squash development
Women's squash development
Marketing/digital
Further Committee Members (up to 2 positions)

6. Any Other Business

If you wish to join the Club Committee, please advise which position you are interested in and if possible, attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend, you will still be nominated and advised of the outcome of any election process, should this be necessary. Any elections required will be by show of hands present at the meeting.

The AGM is a great opportunity to find out about how the club has developed over the past year and have your say about future plans, so all members are encouraged to attend.

SOCIAL SQUASH MIX IN

Wednesday 4th October 2023, 7.00pm - 8.30pm, squash courts 1 and 2

Immediately following the AGM is a free to attend Squash Social Mix In, suitable for all players, which will include some structured squash games to be coordinated by our coaches.

We will then head into Lichfield city centre, venue to be decided, for some food and drinks.
