Hit, Mix & Mingle – Women’s Squash Week at Lichfield Squash Club

As part of this year’s Women’s Squash Week , we’re inviting women from across the local community to come along and discover just how enjoyable, accessible and sociable squash can be.

Our Hit, Mix & Mingle evening takes place on:

Thursday 17 September 2026, 7.00pm
Lichfield Squash Club, King Edward VI School Sports Centre

The evening will be deliberately informal. There’ll be plenty of opportunities to pick up a racket, have a hit, try some fun challenges and play a few simple games, with no previous squash experience required.

Rackets and equipment will be available, and afterwards we’ll stay around for refreshments, giving everyone the chance to chat and meet other players.

The event is completely free.

We’d particularly like the help of our existing members in spreading the word . If you have a friend, partner, family member or colleague who might enjoy trying squash, please send them the details or encourage them to come along.

Women who already play but would simply like to join in and support the evening are very welcome too.
