You are invited to attend the

CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

On Tuesday November 18th, 7:00pm

Taking place online via TEAMS

At this meeting, there will be:

An update on the progress the Club has made over the past 12 months.
A financial update.
A discussion about the future development of the Club
Nominations for Club Committee: Chairman, Treasurer, Coaching and Player Development, Marketing/Digital, Member representative(s). Elections will be held if there are more than 1 nomination per Committee position.

If you wish to join the Club Committee, please advise which position you are interested in and if possible, attend the meeting. If you are unable to attend, you will still be nominated and advised of the outcome of any election process, should this be necessary. Any elections required will be by show of hands present at the meeting.

The AGM is a great opportunity to find out about how the club has developed over the past year and have your say about future plans, so all members are encouraged to attend.

Joining details for the Teams meeting will be sent out soon, but for now, please get the date into your diaries - Tuesday 18th November at 7:00pm. .
